X-Factor contestants Brooks Way have been axed from the live shows, it was
announced today – and they're now being replaced by popular girl group
Four Of Diamonds.
"I was really impressed with the girls at Judges’ Houses but only had three spots to fill for the Live Shows," said mentor Louis Walsh in a press release.
"At the time a lot of viewers were disappointed that I didn’t put the girls through, now that a place has opened up in my category, I’ve listened to the fans and am delighted to be bringing the girls back. They're a great girl group and I'm hoping will take me all the way to the final."
"We are so excited to be back on The X Factor we’re really looking forward to performing live, working hard and showing everyone what we’re made of," said Four Of Diamonds.
The announcement follows a series of serious allegations about Brooks Way singer Josh Brooks and his behaviour towards his ex-girlfriend Amelia Clark.

Josh, who was due to appear on Saturday night's live X Factor show, has denied the allegations.
Issuing a statement on the matter, the singer told The sun on sunday: 'A fight broke out between me and another male at a party.
"Amelia, along with others, tried to break it up and she was accidentally knocked in the process. It was never my intention to hurt her or put her in danger and this situation is way out of my character."
On Saturday night's show, host Dermot O'Leary said that the duo would not perform due to "unforeseen circumstances"
